Residents: New Banking Information as of July 1,
IKO Community Management is transitioning from Union
Bank to Mutual of Omaha Bank and as of July
1, 2017, will no longer be accepting payments
for your assessments through Union Bank or Paylease.

Resolution for Parking and Storage of Vehicles
The Board has approved a Policy
Resolution for Parking and Storage of Vehicles which
will govern all HOA maintained parking spaces in
the community. All residents are encouraged to
policy and report any violations to IKO
For safety reasons, please do not park on the sidewalks
as this blocks the sidewalks and forces residents
to walk on the street. In addition, please obey all "No
Parking" and "Fire Lane" signs. We
have active towing throughout the community and vehicles
will be towed. Play it safe and park properly!

County law specifies a speed limit of 20mph on private
roads without posted speed limit signs. Help keep
our community safe and please obey all stop signs
and the community's 20mph speed limit.
Trash & Recycling
materials prepared for collection must not be set
out earlier than 5:00pm the day before your collection
day. Recycling containers must be removed from the
collection location no later than 5:00pm the day
County collection regulations require that all materials
prepared for collections must be at curbside no later
than 7:00am on your designated trash and/or recycling
Please also be aware that trash and recycling containers
are not to be stored outside on non-collection days,
nor are they allowed to be stored on common area
