Fountain Maintenance and Rehab Update

fountain_transparentThe community fountains have been replaced and are currently operating. Please note, however, the contractor will be checking and testing them daily and making adjustments. You may see days when the fountains are not on or there may be leaks. This is part of setting up and operating new fountains. The contractor expects to resolve any issues by the end of the month.

Please be sure that you, your children, and guests never enter the fountain pools at any time. As well, nothing should ever be placed or poured into the fountains. The fountains will operate in the community for years to come with proper care. Please do your part to ensure proper operation of the fountains by not pouring or placing anything in them – including your children and yourselves.

No items are to be stored in front of the house, lawns/shrubs are to be cut as needed, bikes and toys are to be stored out of view when not in use. The Enforcement Committee will be inspecting properties and notices will be sent for any violations.

Rodent Control

rodentsThere is an issue with rats in the community that will require assistance from residents to eradicate. It is important that everyone ensure there are not food sources outside their homes for rats. Trash should not be placed outside in plastic bags, pet food bowls should not be left outside, and any clutter should be removed from outside your homes. Additionally, residents should never place food out for stray animals as it attracts rats. Go to this website for more information about preventing rats.

All residents are encouraged to read this policy and report any violations to IKO Community Management. We have active towing throughout the community and vehicles will be towed. Play it safe and park properly!

Speeding in the Community
