Architectural Review Committee

The purpose of the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is to review external changes and improvements which Fountain Hills residents plan to make to their homes to ensure that such changes are made in such a manner that conforms with the ARC Guidelines covenants and restrictions applicable to homes within Fountain Hills.

If you are considering an Architectural Change, please refer to the Architectural Changes page dedicated to helping residents through the steps of getting a change approved.

The Architectural Committee meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 7:00 pm via conference call. The call-in number is 301-966-7920. The conference number is 7916 and the passcode is 1323#.

Enforcement Committee

The Fountain Hills Community has by-laws and architectural guidelines that all residents must follow. The job of the Enforcement Committee is to assist the Board in carrying out the Violation Enforcement Procedure.

Enforcement Committee members typically walk around the community at least once a month and record plain-site violations. Homeowners are then notified of these violations so they can be remedied in a timely manner, which helps maintain the overall cleanliness and appeal of the community.

Pool Committee

The Pool Committee’s mission is not to “run the pool.” Rather, the Committee has the responsibility to observe what is happening at the pool, either directly or through other residents, and pass their concerns on to the management agent and the Board, who will address these concerns with the pool management company.

The committee also recommends changes in pool operations to the Fountain Hills Board of Directors, helps observe operations at the pool, and assists with questions and distribution related to pool passes.

Social Committee

The purpose of this committee is to facilitate social activities. The activities we plan will come from ideas and suggestions of Fountain Hills residents. We hope that, through involvement in these activities, the residents of Fountain Hills will interact with and get to know each other. Involvement and participation will help to promote the safe, friendly community in which we all want to live.

Since the committee only meets when there is an upcoming event for planning purposes, we will post the date and location on this website 30 days prior.
